NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – A John Carroll Women's Lacrosse assistant coach has completed a highly regarded professional development program via her sport's coaching association.

On Thursday, the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association held a virtual graduation for the 2026 IWLCA ASPIRE program, and announced the cohort's completion of the program on Friday.

Marlo Peck represented the Blue Streaks well, graduating from the IWLCA Aspire Program.

The IWLCA Aspire program is a professional development program that offers intensive, high-quality, continuing education opportunities for current assistant coaches. The Aspire program is designed to enhance a coach's professional skills, capabilities, and self-awareness. Peck graduated from the Elevate Cohort.

Peck is in her second year as a part-time assistant coach with the women's lacrosse team. In her first season, the Blue Streaks enjoyed a great deal of success in 2025. John Carroll captured a share of the OAC Regular Season Championship and made the team's first OAC Tournament Championship since 2022. JCU made the NCAA Tournament as an at-large team, earning the second trip to the big dance in program history.

Peck previously worked as a girls' lacrosse coach for the Chagrin Athletic Association. Peck helped to grow the game in Chagrin Falls, widening the player base and mentoring young women over her time with the organization from 2015-22. Additionally, Peck is a founding board member of the North Ohio Lacrosse League, an organization that oversees youth lacrosse in Northeast Ohio.

Peck currently works part-time as National Sales Manager for Lacrosse Balls Direct, selling the top brand of lacrosse balls as well as other equipment and accessories. A 1995 Denison University graduate, Peck earned her Bachelor's in Political Science and Government.

Congratulations to Marlo Peck as the Women's Lacrosse season gears up to start at the end of February.
