The John Carroll University women's tennis team remained undefeated in dual play with a 6-3 win over The College of Wooster on Friday evening.
 
John Carroll improved to 4-0 with the win. The Blue Streaks have now won eight of their last nine dual matches dating back to last year.
 
The Blue Streaks started strong taking two of the three doubles points. Jennifer Stroyne and Catherine Engel teamed up to top Catherine Boyles and Morgan Wagers 8-4 at No. 2. Tracy Gibson and Katherine Devine cruised to an 8-1 win over Rose Chiumento and Elizabeth Brewington in the No. 3 position.
 
JCU would win at Nos. 2, 3, 5 and six in singles.
 
Gibson carried over her doubles success to singles only dropping one game in a 6-1, 6-0 win over Brewington. Engel likewise made quick work of Chiumento with a 6-2, 6-2 win at third singles.
 
Natalie Bourlas (6-3, 6-3) and Nicollette Bourlas (6-0, 4-6, 10-8) rounded out the winners for JCU.
 
John Carroll returns to action with a 3 p.m. tilt against St. Petersburg College on Monday in Florida.
