John Carroll women's basketball wrapped up play in Puerto Rico on Wednesday afternoon, losing to Wisconsin-Oshkosh, 65-41 in Coliseo Roberto Clemente.
The game was the second of a two-game trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Blue Streaks fall to 3-7, while Wisconsin-Oshkosh improves to 8-1 on the year.
Katlyn Spahar scored 15 points, adding six rebounds.
Shmoo Pryor scored 14 points and tossed two assists. Eliza Campbell had 14 points and six boards for Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
UWO shot 49.1 percent on the day, while JCU shot 22.8 percent. UWO won the rebounding battle, 51-29.
John Carroll held brief 6-4 and 9-6 leads, but the Titans finished the first with a 22-11 advantage. UWO opened on an 11-5 run to start the second, but JCU fought to keep the deficit at 14 at the half.
Spahar had 12 at the half. Pryor scored eight, with Sprecher contributing the other three points. JCU shot 29.6 percent in the first half.
John Carroll scored eight points in the third quarter and ten in the fourth. UWO scored 14 in both second half periods.
