Cassie Simmelink helped the Blue Streaks lock down to the #2 seed in next week's OAC Tournament
John Carroll went to Marietta Thursday and came away with the two items they were seeking: A win, and the wraps on the #2 seed in the upcoming Ohio Athletic Conference tournament.
With an 8-1 win over the host Pioneers, the Blue Streaks can do no worse than a tie for second place in the final league standings and would hold the tiebreaker advantage over Otterbein by virtue of a 5-4 win earlier this season over the Cardinals.
