Carl Contrascier helped John Carroll finish its non-league schedule with a shutout win at Kenyon
Box Score After a tough loss to Ohio Wesleyan, the John Carroll Blue Streaks were determined to find the win column on the road against the Lords of Kenyon College.

In the Blue Streaks' final non-conference match-up of the 2011 regular season,
Wycliffe Odhiambo scored the lone goal for John Carroll off a cross from Thor Erikson in the fifteenth minute that provided the only point in a 1-0 victory for the visitors Tuesday in Gambier, Ohio.

The Lords outshot the Blue Streaks, 18-10, but Kenyon never found the tying goal in 75 minutes of trying.

Carl Contrascier kept a clean sheet by making three saves for his second shutout of the year and his first since September 2.
The win against Kenyon improves the Blue Streaks record to 4-5 overall against non-conference competition. JCU's final nine scheduled matches will be against Ohio Athletic Conference schools starting Saturday at Otterbein University.
