Alex Wisnyai enters his second season as an assistant athletic trainer at JCU during the 2025-26 school year. He is an athletic trainer with the Cleveland Clinic.
Previously, Wisnyai worked as a Health Athletic Trainer for Concentra from 2022-23, administering drug screenings, preventing injuries, evaluating and rehabbing injuries, and more. From 2021-22, he worked as a Healthcare Athletic Trainer at Adventist, covering events, preventing and evaluating injuries, managing rehabilitation administration, and more.
Wisnyai is a 2021 graduate of Kent State University, majoring in athletic training. During his time as an undergrad, he worked at Kent State Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
Wisnyai is a Licensed Athletic Trainer by the State of Ohio, a certified Athletic Trainer by the NATABOC, and a certified Personal Trainer.
