Eddie Dobrowolski enters his fifth season at JCU as an assistant athletic trainer and assists with strength & conditioning staff in the 2025-26 academic year. He is an employee of the Cleveland Clinic.
At JCU, he spends the majority of his time with the Men's Soccer and Women's Lacrosse programs.
Dobrowolski was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. After graduating from Trinity High School in Garfield Heights, Ohio, he worked in construction as an electrician for over 10 years.
In 2010, he began working as a personal trainer before attending Kent State University, where he studied athletic training. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2017 and went on to achieve his Master's in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in athletic training in 2018. Dobrowolski served as the Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Kent State for the women's soccer and softball team.
In Bradenton, Florida, Dobrowolski served at IMG Academy as an intern athletic trainer after graduation. After a three-month internship, Dobrowolski was promoted to an Assistant Athletic Trainer, where he served U15DA & U15 Elite Boys Soccer, U15DA & U17DA Girls Soccer and U16 Beijing Girls Soccer. He also gained experience working at SPIRE with various sports including basketball, track, and swimming.
