Begins his senior season as John Carroll's active career assists leader with 12, and has never failed to record at least three in any given season.

2010
Scored the game winning goal against Dension in the 89th minute of the game (9/1/10). Named to the 2010 Clarion Hotel Classic all-tournament team (9/11)...earned all OAC honor and was selected to play on the 2010 All-OAC Men's First Soccer Team...ended his final season 7 ponts and 3 assists, in total Ciacchi scored a point in five of JCU's 20 games..for the Blue Streak category leaders he finished second for shots on goal and fourth in assists

2009
Appeared in a total of 17 matches as a junior to earn his third letter… Had three goals on the year… Scored twice, including what turned out to be the game winning goal, against Muskingum (10/31/09) in the regular season finale that secured a playoff berth for JCU … Also tallied one goal in a win against Denison (9/23/09) ... John Carroll is 13-1 all-time when he has a hand in scoring a goal ... Capped his year by earning second team All-Ohio Athletic Conference accolades as well as a berth on the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association All-Academic second team.

2008
Had a team-leading five assists in his sophomore campaign ... Finished the year tied for seventh in the OAC in total assists ... Tallied his lone goal in a 3-1 victory over eventual North Coast Athletic Conference champion Ohio Wesleyan (9/20/08).

2007
Fifth-leading scorer on the 2007 squad in earning his first varsity letter ... Had the third highest assists total as well that year ... Tallied his first collegiate goal in the 66th minute, then produced an assist on the game-winning goal in the 94th minute of JCU's 2-1 OAC Tournament semifinal round victory over Heidelberg (10/31/07).

High School
Played for the North Royalton High School boys soccer team as well as the Internationals Soccer Club … At North Royalton, he helped his team reach the district semifinals … Involved with Key Club and Habitat for Humanity while at North Royalton (OH) High School.

Finance major with an Economics minor at JCU ... Carries a 3.17 grade point average and has earned Dean's List honors twice … Name is pronounced CHOCK-ee ... Son of Gary and Cathie Ciacchi.
