Softball Doubleheader vs. Penn State Behrend Moved to Erie

The Blue Streaks will play Penn State Behrend at Mercyhurst Softball Field on Thursday.
ERIE, Pa. -- Due to heavy rains recently, John Carroll Softball will hit the road on Thursday.

The Blue Streaks were originally set to play at Bracken Field on Tuesday vs. Penn State Behrend, but heavy rain pushed back the game to Thursday, and field conditions have not improved enough to play at home.

Penn State Behrend's field is also not ready for play, so the Blue Streaks will head to Mercyhurst Softball Field in Erie to play on turf on Thursday.

UPDATE: The non-conference doubleheader will start at 1 pm.
