Box Score The reigning Ohio Athletic Conference Champions find themselves in familiar territory with a chance to clinch their third consecutive OAC title, tomorrow afternoon against Ohio Northern.

John Carroll defeated Marietta in sweeping fashion 9-0. The Blue and Gold were led by Lauren O'Malley, who did not drop a single set in either doubles or singles action. O'Malley's partner in crime, Madisyn Rini also won all the sets she competed in. 

In doubles action, JCU earned 8-0, 8-1, 8-0 victories. 

The Blue and Gold thrived in singles action as well. Five of the six Blue Streaks won by sweeping their opponents, the lone Blue Streak Molly Traverso won 6-1, 6-1, respectively. 

With the perfect 9-0 victory, John Carroll sets up a date with Ohio Northern tomorrow afternoon for a battle for the OAC crown. A season ago, JCU won 8-1 against the Polar Bears, en route to a perfect 8-0 conference record.
