Box Score John Carroll women's tennis swept to victory on Wednesday, taking a 9-0 win over Baldwin Wallace at the Ursuline College Tennis Courts in Pepper Pike, Ohio.

The Blue Streaks are now 7-9 on the year, and a perfect 3-0 in OAC play. JCU has now won 14 consecutive regular season OAC matches.

Lauren O'Malley won her match against Imani Robinson, 6-1, 6-1. Madisyn Rini did not drop a single set against her opponent, rolling to a 6-0, 6-0 victory. Nicolette Bourlas took a 6-1, 6-1 win over Liz Radkiewicz, and Katherine Devine nearly swept to a 6-1, 6-0 win.

Molly Traverso won the first set, 7-5, before falling 7-0 in the tiebreaker in set two. She came back to win 10-8 in the third, winning the match. Natalie Bourlas finished a sweep off with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Shannon Finkenthal.

In doubles, Lauren O'Malley and Madisyn Rini took the match, 8-4. Nicolette and Natalie Bourlas nearly swept their BW counterparts, 8-1. Carlye Campagna and Jennifer Stroyne rolled to an 8-2 win to cap off the 9-0 victory.

JCU heads to Alliance, Ohio to play Mount Union on Tuesday, Apr. 11.
