If John Carroll was hoping to get back on track, the wrong team was standing on the rails Wednesday night in Westerville.

Otterbein University won its fourth consecutive match and sixth in its last seven by downing the Blue Streaks, 3-0.

The Cardinals scored twice in the first half and once in the second in handing the Blue Streaks their third consecutive shutout and fifth consecutive loss. Both teams had 11 shots in the contest.

Otterbein improved to 6-4 overall and 2-0 in the Ohio Athletic Conference, while JCU slipped to 2-9-1 and 0-2 in league action.
