Sean Graham was responsible for the two points John Carroll scored in its loss at Oberlin
Head coach
Shaun Keenan took a look at his team's record and admitted that it would look a lot better if he didn't go searching for tough teams to play before the start og the conference schedule.
Case in point was the tough customers his John Carroll men's tennis team came across over the course of St. Patrick's Day weekend.
On Friday, John Carroll fell by an 8-1 count at Walsh University. On the very next day, there would be no luck of the Irish as the Blue Streaks dropped a 7-2 decision at Oberlin College.
The losses lowered John Carroll's overall record to 3-7, while Walsh improved to 7-4 and Oberlin moved to 6-6.
Against Walsh, the lone win was turned in by the #2 doubles tandem of
Michael Hulseman and
Peter Scanniello.
Sean Graham had a hand in both JCU points Saturday against the Oberlin Yoemen. He paired with
Ryan Mullaney at #1 doubles to win 8-5, then rolled to a straight set win at #2 singles.
