It was a mixed bag week of results for the John Carroll baseball team during their week in Florida.
Blow out wins, close losses, sluggish bats and terrific pitching efforts were all part of the eight-game story line for the Blue Streaks. But at the end of the trip, thanks to a win in its final contest, John Carroll was able to leave the Sunshine State on a high note and a 5-3 record.
