Andrew Fatigati (Massillon, OH, Washington) successful conversion of a penalty kick with just under five minutes remaining in the first overtime period lifted the visiting Blue Streaks to a 2-1 win over the host Wilmington Quakers that helped keep John Carroll's postseason hopes alive heading into the final week of the regular season.

The victory vaulted JCU into a tie for fifth place with Marietta with matches remaining next week at home against second place Baldwin-Wallace and seventh place Muskingum.
